Role Purpose Our client is seeking a
Senior Marketing Manager
to build a high-performance marketing engine that drives measurable pipeline growth across Canada & North America. This role is responsible for both inbound and outbound demand generation, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring alignment with Sales.
Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute multichannel lead generation strategies across paid media, SEO, LinkedIn, email, ABM, events, and partnerships.
Build scalable inbound funnels with optimized landing pages, gated assets, automated nurture tracks, and attribution modeling.
Lead targeted outbound programs including account-based sequences, cold outreach content, and event-driven campaigns.
Identify, segment, and prioritize key buyer personas in relevant industries.
Sales Alignment & Lead Quality
Partner with Sales to refine qualification criteria, SLAs, and lead scoring.
Conduct monthly funnel performance reviews, analyzing SAL conversion, SQL velocity, and bottlenecks.
Create feedback loops to quickly address lead quality issues and shifting commercial priorities.
Brand Growth & Market Visibility
Oversee creation of videos, webinars, technical content, case studies, and customer reference materials.
Manage LinkedIn strategy, posting cadence, narrative development, and executive amplification.
Drive press opportunities, trade publication features, and visibility at industry events.
Grow brand presence via storytelling, customer success marketing, modular product messaging, and industry education.
Campaign Execution & Velocity
Own the campaign roadmap, including quarterly themes, hero campaigns, SEO clusters, and outbound sprints.
Ensure flawless campaign execution with an average launch cycle under 3 weeks.
Manage agencies, designers, copywriters, and freelancers to support rapid content production.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Maintain and create real-time dashboards tracking MQLs, SAL%, SQLs, and pipeline value.
Provide weekly insights to leadership and monthly revenue / SAL marketing reviews with Sales.
Team Leadership
Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team from inception.
Foster a culture of speed, accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts for marketing technology and creative support.
Required Skills & Experience
B2B marketing experience (ERP, SaaS, or manufacturing tech preferred).
Proven track record in building high-performing inbound and outbound lead engines.
Deep experience with ABM, persona development, funnel optimization, and multi-touch attribution.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Skilled in LinkedIn strategy, video marketing, and technical storytelling for complex solutions.
Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and multi-channel media investments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with C-level leadership and international teams.
