Maintain and/or improve occupancy levels in line with marketing and business plans using established sales processes, systems, and forms to perform duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve occupancy goals. Market community services and programs to prospective residents and their families/advisors, adapting marketing, presentation, and education to the needs of the prospective resident. Coordinate and complete all activities needed for a sale and convert deposits to move-ins. When appropriate, conduct initial assessments or marketing presentations at the prospect’s home, with health care providers, or other locations. Ensure all paperwork is completed prior to move-in. Keep management and key associates informed of the status of prospective move-ins. Track and record pre-residency steps to facilitate communication. Interface with local sources (e.g., legal and financial professionals, senior organizations, hospital discharge planners, facilities, clergy, insurers) and manage business development activities in the absence of business development staff. Develop and maintain relationships with leads from residents, family, and professional referral sources weekly. Provide information and conduct presentations about community services, market advantages, availability, and other relevant information. Determine frequency, content, and audience of marketing presentations with autonomy as appropriate. Effectively manage inventory and explore opportunities for increasing revenue and creating additional revenue streams. Represent the community at outside events and through professional groups and local market involvement. Plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect/referral source activities aligned with the marketing plan. Follow up and drive the sales process with leads from events. Assist management with resident retention through new resident welcome events, referral programs, and other programs as appropriate and consistent with the marketing plan. Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals. Research and provide content recommendations for brochures, flyers, press releases, and other media promoting community services. Monitor conversion ratios and sales performance; analyze data to prepare weekly/monthly reports. Communicate performance insights to management and recommend broader strategies for marketing and retention. Maintain working knowledge of lead management systems and use them to maximize sales effectiveness. Record all sales and marketing activities promptly in accordance with system standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and work independently with minimal supervision. Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of outside sales experience Experience in a service-related industry is preferred; hospitality or health care sales experience is a plus Ability to travel locally to attend events, network, and organize events 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited university (preferred) Team-oriented, professional, upbeat, and supportive of others’ success Apply today to learn why Distinctive Living is a certified
