Field Marketer Manager / Lead Generator Manager Your Home Improvement CompanySalary: $70,000 base + $2,000/mo bonus potential We’re hiring a high-energy team leader to build and manage our event-based Lead Generation department! What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Event Lead Generators
Book, negotiate, and manage events (malls, fairs, festivals, home shows)
Ensure booths are properly set up, operated, and taken down
Track production, inventory, and budget
Drive high-quality leads that turn into sales
Qualifications
What You Need
Strong communication & people skills
Positive, energetic, self-motivated attitude
Ability to coach and lead a team
Problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Office 365
Marketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Weekend availability
