Responsibilities
Design, execute, and optimize multi-step cold email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and sending schedules to maximize performance.
Build and segment prospect lists to ensure targeted outreach.
Monitor sender reputation, domain health, and email deliverability to maintain high inbox placement.
Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to refine strategies.
Generate high-quality leads for the sales team through data-driven outreach.
Requirements
Proven experience managing end-to-end cold email campaigns.
Expertise in tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Woodpecker .
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling cold emails.
Knowledge of domain warmup, deliverability best practices, and compliance standards.
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Self‑motivated, independent, and able to work US hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) .
Qualifications
2+ years of hands‑on experience in cold email marketing.
Familiarity with lead generation and sales outreach strategies.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
