The Digital Marketing Specialist will create, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns while executing SEO strategies to improve organic search performance. This role blends creativity, analytics, and technical skill to grow awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms. Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will create, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns while executing SEO strategies to improve organic search performance. This role blends creativity, analytics, and technical skill to grow awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

Paid Digital Advertising

Develop and expand paid search campaigns Conduct keyword research and identify high-value opportunities Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations Execute and maintain paid social campaigns across Meta and other platforms Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal links, content) Support off-page SEO, including link-building strategies Perform technical SEO audits and resolve identified issues Track rankings, traffic, and performance using analytics and SEO tools Additional Duties

Additional Duties

Manage individual and team marketing projects Support long-term brand management and awareness strategies Collaborate with vendors and stay current on digital marketing trends Qualifications

Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (BrightEdge, SEMrush, Moz) Experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Familiarity with WordPress and SEO-friendly site structures Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous law firm experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits
