
About the Role
We’re looking for a phenomenal storyteller and Content Manager who can define, shape, and amplify the voice of Campfire. You’ll craft stories that bring our product, customers, and category to life: building awareness, credibility, and engagement across multiple channels.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution, perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment where experimentation is encouraged, iteration is expected, and you have the freedom to build from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Create engaging content across channels, including social (heavy on LinkedIn), blog, email, community, and more.
Own day-to-day LinkedIn content for Campfire brand, our CEO, among others.
Repurpose existing content (videos, case studies, webinars, call clips) into short-form posts and stories.
Support video projects.
Feel comfortable appearing on camera for short-form content, interviews, or creative brand storytelling formats.
Produce SEO-friendly blog content that drives organic traffic.
Test new formats and iterate based on performance and audience insights.
Who You Are
A phenomenal storyteller with strong editorial instincts and a distinct, readable voice.
A builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys crafting something from scratch.
Creative, bold, and eager to explore new formats: from thought leadership to short-form video.
Comfortable on video and able to get creative with visual storytelling, content direction, and repurposing footage.
