Job Description
A growing startup operating in cashback rewards space is looking for a Marketing Generalist to join their team. Currently, the core product provides cashback rewards for renters. The Marketing Generalist will be responsible for optimizing user acquisition campaigns, developing new advertising strategies, and maximizing conversion rates. Additionally, they will be building the foundational marketing systems and collaborating closely with the leadership team. A strong candidate should have experience wearing multiple hats and operating in a start-up environment.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing
Experience with native mobile app marketing
Experience using Google Analytics
Strong communication and oral skills
