Position: S r. Manager of Demand Generation and Marketing Location: Hybrid Experience: 5+ Years Compensation: Up to $150k Mode: Remote We are currently seeking a highly skilled demand generation expert who specializes in digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record of creating and executing successful campaigns that consistently generate high-quality leads for sales. They should demonstrate proficiency in continuously refining and adapting programs based on data-driven insights. Moreover, they should excel in collaborating with customers, sales teams, product managers, and technology experts to effectively position our SaaS offerings and cloud development services. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as the candidate will play a vital role in identifying the ideal customer profile, crafting targeted messaging, and developing compelling content to fuel highly effective campaigns. Responsibilities
Develop ademandgeneration strategy, internal/external communication, sales enablement, client service support, and channel marketing strategy with the team. Oversee product messaging, positioning, overall go-to-market strategy, and new product and service planning. Drive digital initiatives - digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, social media and others. Drive demand generation to plan and execute campaigns. Drive development and adherence to brand guidelines and consistent implementation across the company. Work closely with sales to develop and implement key customer acquisition and engagement strategies for every part of the sales cycle. Collaborate with the Product Management and technical teams to define product/service offerings, messaging, competitive differentiation to incorporate into core marketing content. Define customer journey and map needed content to meet market needs. Drive all content creation-collateral, social, emails, website content, presentations, and more needed to convey our message to our target customers effectively Implement and manage our marketing tech stack - Zoho, LinkedIn, and other tools as required. Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 5years of experience marketing software, and/or SAAS products. Proven track record of developing and communicating compelling product narratives to diverse audiences, particularly in B2B. Minimum 5years of experience in building multi-channel demand generation strategy and execution. Experience managing social media presence and building a social following Experience building performance marketing campaigns-from target customer definition to campaign optimization Experience creating, managing, and reporting on metrics to demonstrate measurable marketing results Excellent analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and a data-driven mindset.
