Interior Design – Revit Technical Designer
Archibat HR is looking for an Interior Design – Revit Technical Designer for an International Design firm to be based in South Africa, Cape Town. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Revit Technical Designer to join our fast-paced design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and project leads to produce accurate, code-compliant documentation for high-end residential and hospitality projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cape Town, South Africa. Key Responsibilities
Generate precise and detailed construction documentation using Revit Architecture from concept through to IFC stage. Ensure all project drawings adhere to applicable building regulations and developer standards. Manage multiple project timelines efficiently within dynamic construction environments. Maintain exceptional organization and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Deliver high-quality technical design outputs with meticulous attention to detail. Required profile
Ideal Candidate: Holds a relevant diploma or degree in drafting, interior design, or architecture. Has proven professional experience in a drafting role, preferably within the residential or food & beverage sectors. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture and the ability to interpret and produce comprehensive working drawings. Possesses strong organizational skills and a proactive, diligent work ethic. Brings a collaborative and constructive approach to teamwork and client interaction. Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills. Position to be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
