The Purpose:

The Executive Producer role is responsible for all aspects of events from conception to execution across a variety of assigned clients. The primary responsibilities are developing ideas and concepts for an event, developing executable plans, overseeing operations, managing project timelines, directing staff, and coordinating technical and production teams. This role will also manage budgets to ensure financial profitability and bring value to our clients.

The Job:

  • Actively participates in creative ideation, collaborating with the Creative and Account teams to brainstorm and generate concepts.
  • Develops project plan, production schedule and project budget that meet client’s requirements.
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with strategy and technical teams and provides direction to project support staff including logistics and warehousing.
  • Conducts initial site inspections and tests all equipment to ensure that the venue is adequate and the equipment functions up to standard. Attend event rehearsals and oversee show run-downs to resolve potential technical errors or event issues.
  • Researches, selects, and manages external vendors to support event/program objectives.
  • Implements the original creative vision for the event by contracting venues, audio visual, catering, talent and technical staff according to the requirement of the event director.
  • Supports Executive Producer, Director of Production, & Executive Technical Producer, on tasks in support role.
  • Provides updates to all matters and documentation including change orders and course corrections.
  • Provides leadership, support, and mentoring to junior team members, contractors, and support staff.
  • Possesses a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Resident sports marketing SME.
The Person:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of proven event production experience required
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams
  • 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
  • Thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
  • Excellent computer skills Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites
  • Thorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement
  • Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience producing large-scale experiential, sports, or live entertainment events
  • Strong understanding of technical production (lighting, audio, video, staging) and show calling
  • Proficiency with project management and production tools (e.g., Microsoft, Smartsheet)
  • Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and large cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CAD/Vectorworks, production drawings, and site layout tools
  • Knowledge of broadcast, streaming, or hybrid event workflows
  • Ability to develop and present high-level production plans to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with budget forecasting, financial modeling, and cost-control strategies
  • Proven ability to problem-solve in high-pressure, live-event environments
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation (rigging plots, power plans, engineering specs)
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience securing competitive vendor bids
Nevada Salary and Benefit Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Nevada if selected for the role. Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.

Nevada Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000

This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
