About CrossCheck Studios:
CrossCheck Studios is a cutting‑edge Gen‑Z media company at the intersection of content, culture, and creativity. We specialize in producing trend‑forward content, executing brand partnerships, and building community through events and activations. From influencer campaigns to original productions, we help define what’s next in the creator economy.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic, creator‑focused Videographer & Livestream Operator to support a top digital creator across daily content, weekly livestreams, and ongoing production needs. This role blends videography, vlogging support, livestream operation, and consistent coordination with the creator’s team. You should be highly adaptable, comfortable working around talent, and capable of capturing compelling footage in fast‑paced, always‑on environments. Think of this as a social first position, not high‑res video production.
Key Responsibilities
- Film daily content, vlogs, and social deliverables across various formats.
- Operate cameras during weekly livestreams, ensuring high‑quality video and smooth technical execution.
- Capture both planned and spontaneous moments while working closely with talent.
- Run weekly livestreams from setup to close.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure consistent audio/video quality.
- Coordinate with the creator and team on run‑of‑show, timing, and visual assets.
- Perform light editing for YouTube and social content.
- Create or support creation of thumbnails; proficient in long‑form editing workflows.
- Deliver clips promptly to the team and manage content handoffs.
- Travel with the creator as required for shoots, events, and vlogs.
- Work closely with our talent team to align on schedules, priorities, footage handoff, and overall content pipeline.
- Share clips, updates, and deliverables in a timely, organized manner.
- Maintain open, proactive communication with the larger CrossCheck team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a social‑first videographer.
- Proficiency with cameras, livestream setups, and basic video production tools.
- Strong understanding of YouTube and creator‑style content.
- Experience with editing software (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci).
- Skilled in designing or editing thumbnails.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Resourceful, quick on your feet, and willing to handle a blend of creative and logistical tasks.
Bonus Skills
- Experience supporting high‑profile digital creators or influencers.
- Knowledge of livestream backend tools (OBS, Streamlabs, etc.).
What We Offer
- Hands‑on experience working with some of the most relevant Gen‑Z creators and culturally driven brands.
- Exposure to creative development, and creator partnerships in a fast‑moving media company.
- Mentorship from a team deeply connected to Gen‑Z audiences, platforms, and creator marketing.
