We are seeking a highly organized and creative Project Manager to lead merchandise initiatives for our roster of music artists. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of artist merchandise projects—from concept and design through production, e-commerce launch, and tour distribution.

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in entertainment, fashion, or e-commerce, with a deep understanding of the music industry and fan culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of artist merchandise projects.
• Coordinate concept and design phases with artists and creative teams.
• Oversee production workflows and ensure quality standards.
• Launch e‑commerce initiatives and manage online sales channels.
• Coordinate tour distribution and logistics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in merchandise project management, ideally within music, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong project management skills and experience with cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the music industry and fan culture.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
