Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Ensure campaigns align withSEO best practices, including keyword targeting, landing page optimization, and search intent.
- Analyze ad performance in relation to organic search trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI while maintaining synergy between paid and organic efforts.
- ImplementCallRailor similar tools for lead tracking, attribution, and data reporting.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to refine funnel effectiveness and improve lead quality.
- Oversee landing pages, ensuring they are optimized forconversions and SEO.
- Stay updated onGoogle Ads updates, SEO algorithm changes, and emerging ad platform trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and their application in paid media.
- Experience integrating SEO strategy into paid advertising funnels.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Proficiency with CallRail, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
- Skilled in A/B testing, keyword research, and performance reporting.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time).
