The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media strategies, analytics, and ROI-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to drive strategy improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
