We have an ambitious vision to simplify full‑funnel advertising solutions, at scale, with specialized agentic AI‑powered models and diversify the demand to strategic verticals including finserv, autos, locals, and more.
We are looking for a strong Software Development Engineer to help evolve the tools, services and frameworks we provide. We seek that rare combination of solid coding background, a proven track record of applying technologies at scale, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and raise the bar on every service and feature we build.
We are looking for someone excited about this technical strategy of engineering and science teams by working closely with a Principal Engineer and Scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, build, develop and lead the technical components of a business‑critical initiative to design, develop, launch and maintain advertising solution(s) and service(s) that enable advertisers with simplified AI‑powered advertising offerings.
- Deliver results and bias for action; take ownership of initiatives and drive them through to completion.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Salary & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
