Content Manager

2 positions. One Jr, One Mid-Level

Contract: 12 months

Rate Range: For Jr. $28/hour-$31/hour. For Mid Level $37/hour-$39/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, location, and other factors.

Jr. Role:

• Partner with OCM team to streamline STS Transformation Hub - SharePoint skills
• Support MySource framework for clean entry and reporting
• Create reporting cadence and feedback mechanisms
• Analyze trends and share with Comms/Change team

Mid-Level Role:

• Partner with change managers to document change interventions
• Create (in partnership with Change and Comms team) presentations, talking points, communications
• Collaborate with communications and training to ensure consistent messaging
• Manage content calendars and communications plans
• Ensure brand and messaging consistency across materials
