Duties

• In the Field Daily: Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day
• On-site work with strong customer service and communication
• Problem-solve with repairs in settings such as apartments, hotels, moving sites, and construction sites

Customer Service & Communication

• Treat tenants and staff with exceptional customer service
• Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Collaborate with our designated Support Team to resolve issues

• Learn and apply our one-of-a-kind 5-step process
• Master each instrument and tool in your personalized toolkit
• Apply artistic talent to deliver unique repair solutions

Calling all artistic types: Technicians with backgrounds in painting, sculpting, whittling, drawing, and other visual arts can excel at Surface Experts. Color matching and pattern knowledge are vital for complex repairs, with each job offering different design, sheen, and materials.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing manual work (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.)
• Facilities maintenance background is helpful but not required
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; color matching is integral
