Marion Scott Bridal is a luxury bridal house rooted in Italian craftsmanship and minimal romantic design. Founded by Lauren Amanda Jones (@itslaurenamanda). We are expanding our PR and events team to support this pivotal launch season across Paris, Rome, and future international markets.

Position: PR & Events Management Intern

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented PR & Events Intern to support our press outreach, fashion week coordination, and brand events. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion communication, events planning, and luxury branding, with a polished, professional presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations

  • Assist with building press lists and managing outreach to fashion editors, journalists, and influencers
  • Draft press emails, media briefs, and follow‑up communication
  • Support PR tracking, press coverage monitoring, and database updates
  • Help prepare materials for press kits, lookbooks, and show assets

Events Management

  • Support the planning and execution of our Paris Bridal Week runway show and VIP preview
  • Assist with vendor coordination (venue, photographers, beauty partners, stylists, model agencies)
  • Help coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, seating charts, and event communication
  • Support backstage operations, including organizing materials, model timing, and brand logistics
  • Participate in show setup, guest management, and event‑day support (virtual or in‑person depending on location)

Brand & Administrative Support

  • Assist with organizing production decks, event spreadsheets, and internal documents
  • Support the PR team with social media assets and content planning
  • Attend weekly internal meetings with the PR & Events team

RequirementsMust-Have

  • Currently enrolled in a university or recent graduate (fashion, communications, PR, marketing, media, luxury management, or related program)
  • Strong interest in fashion PR, events, and luxury branding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
  • Available for virtual meetings; in‑person support in Paris or Rome is a major plus

Preferred

  • Experience in PR, events planning, fashion shows, or showroom environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Canva, Notion, or press database platforms
  • Knowledge of fashion week operations or event production
  • Fluency in English; French or Italian is a bonus
  • Ability to support tasks related to Paris Bridal Week, including preparation and digital support
