Denver Modern is a growing online furniture brand headquartered in Denver, CO. We sell direct‑to‑consumer online and also serve hospitality and workplace customers. We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer to join our entrepreneurial, collaborative, positive, and fun team.

Position Summary: The Graphic Designer will report to the Art Director and work collaboratively to bring our content vision to life, influencing strategy and delivering beautiful, brand‑appropriate deliverables in a high growth, direct‑to‑consumer specialty brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Art Director in the seamless execution of cohesive, high‑performing creative across all channels – website, email, paid media, organic social, and print materials – ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Translate business and creative briefs into visually engaging concepts, balancing brand storytelling with data‑informed adjustments based on performance insights.
  • Design and produce digital marketing assets such as banners, product imagery, emails, social posts, and display ads that drive engagement, showcase product craftsmanship, and enhance conversion performance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing and agency teams to adapt creative for multiple audiences and channels, maintaining consistency in tone, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Assist in post‑production editing and retouching of product imagery and video content to ensure premium quality across digital touchpoints.
  • Manage and organize creative files and digital assets, ensuring all deliverables meet specifications, are correctly versioned, and ready for developer or marketing use.

Qualifications:

  • 3‑5 years of experience in graphic design for omni‑channel brands, ideally with both DTC and B2B channel understanding.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, visual composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom – and AI tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe After Effects, & Google Suite a plus.
  • Experience with results‑driven ecommerce specialty retail brands in furniture space or luxury brand, preferred.
  • Highly organized and proactive doer, with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time and deliver within deadlines.
  • Flexible; able to support and execute a vision outside of one’s own style.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to thrive in a nimble, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with ability to execute; self‑directed.
  • Detail‑oriented.
  • Curious; stays abreast on the latest trends in digital ads design and technologies.
  • In‑person, local to Denver, CO area.

Key Success:

  • Ideal candidate is an interior design and image generation expert with experience using 3D rendering tools to create lifestyle images of furniture and interiors using AI tools such as Nano Banana Pro and Presti.
  • Understands the nuances of each marketing channel, sales channel (DTC and B2B) and customer segment in order to align content needs for each purpose.
  • Upholds the highest quality brand standards, conducting thorough checks on all creative deliverables.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented; responsible for maintaining current, organized digital assets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency in order to support scale of business.

Ideal Candidate: Skilled in AI image generation with hands‑on experience in generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Sensei, Sora2 etc.) and new approaches to content creation. Partner with the Web team to design website elements, landing pages, and promotional layouts optimized for UX/UI best practices, blending aesthetics with functionality to improve the customer journey.

Location & Compensation: Denver, CO. Salary range $82,100 – $128,400. Full‑time. Mid‑senior level.
