You’ll collaborate closely with our Apparel Design team and Footwear Design partners to build cohesive stories inspired by footwear concepts and the brand’s seasonal creative direction. From quick-turn cultural moments to signature athlete programs, your work will define how PUMA shows up on and off the court.

Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal graphics that align with PUMA’s creative direction and strengthen the PUMA Hoops brand language.
  • Partner with Apparel, Footwear, PLM, and Color teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across collections.
  • Execute quick-turn graphics in response to cultural and sport moments with speed, precision, and intent.
  • Develop complete graphic packs — placements, trims, prints, and patterns that scale across tiers.
  • Contribute to seasonal color palette development and ensure consistency across categories.
  • Maintain an organized graphic library and manage on-time file handoffs with PUMA Group Sourcing (PGS).
  • Lead at least one capsule or regional project per season from concept through execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in apparel graphic design, with strong storytelling and cultural awareness.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, meet expectations, and deliver on time.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of basketball culture and sport lifestyle trends.
  • Strong illustration and custom typography skills that bring unique voice and character to design.
  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to adapt to feedback with professionalism.
  • Domestic & International travel required - up to 20%.

Compensation & Benefits

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $83,380 + Bonus + Benefits.
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
