Job Description

Our staffing team is building a pipeline of experienced UX Designers for upcoming opportunities with our clients across industries in the Greater Houston area. We partner with leading organizations seeking creative professionals who can design engaging, user‑friendly digital experiences that balance business goals with user needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and best practices.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Iterate based on feedback, testing, and performance data.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and usability testing methods. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design solutions for web and/or mobile applications.
