About the Role:

RA Marketing is a digital marketing agency that helps financial professionals grow their business. We’re hiring an Entry‑Level Digital Marketer to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who is tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and ready to grow in the digital space. You’ll receive full training and mentorship to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and edit landing pages
• Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns
• Integrate CRMs and marketing platforms
• Troubleshoot issues and support marketing execution

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of professional work experience (not your first job)
• Comfortable learning new software and tools
• Highly coachable, organized, and reliable
• Based in Indiana (or within 1 hour of Indianapolis preferred); candidates in Cincinnati or Louisville also considered
