About the Role

Their VP of Marketing is looking for a full‑stack Growth Marketer to lead a small, fast‑moving pod focused on rapid experimentation and measurable business impact. This is a hands‑on builder role — not people management — with full ownership of strategy, execution, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a cross‑functional growth pod to drive a key KPI (e.g., trial or acquisition growth).
• Design, launch, and measure rapid marketing experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
• Build full‑funnel tests: ad creative, landing pages, copy, and lifecycle flows.
• Use data to form hypotheses, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
• Partner with design, product, and CX to create a seamless customer journey.
• Document and share learnings to accelerate team growth.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing (SaaS or creator‑focused experience a plus).
• Track record of running end‑to‑end campaigns with clear results.
• Hands‑on experience with major ad platforms and funnel tools.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with CAC/LTV and funnel metrics.
• Portfolio demonstrating speed, creativity, and shipped experiments.
• High ownership, fast execution, and a builder mindset.
