Direct Insurance Services is a multi-location independent insurance agency in Utah, specializing in auto, home, and business insurance. We are currently seeking a Producer in our St George location.

Role Description

Insurance Producer will be responsible for actively promoting and selling various insurance products to clients, including auto, home, and business insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, assessing client insurance needs, providing personalized recommendations, and assisting clients with insurance claims and policy management. The role requires excellent communication and customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in insurance sales and solid knowledge of insurance products and policies.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities to connect with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Organizational and negotiation skills to manage multiple clients and agreements effectively.
• State insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain them.
• Proficiency in using insurance software and tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
• This is NOT a commission based position, but salary based on experience with bonus based on sales production.
