As one of the first hires at Poseidon, you’ll have the rare opportunity to shape how our technology is positioned to the world, define our messaging frameworks, and build the foundation for how we launch products, tell stories, and engage our ecosystem of developers, node operators, and partners. The Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can own the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives, and drive adoption through creative, data-informed marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, and community, ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and wants to play a key part in defining a brand from the ground up. What You'll Do

Define product positioning and messaging:

Distill Poseidon’s technology and value propositions into clear, differentiated narratives tailored to developers, partners, and the broader ecosystem. Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy:

Plan and execute launches for new products, features, and integrations, from research to content to distribution working closely with the founding team. Collaborate cross-functionally:

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to ensure alignment between what we build and how we communicate it. Create and manage marketing assets:

Produce content such as product pages, pitch decks, blog posts, launch videos, and case studies. Champion user insights:

Conduct competitive analysis and gather market feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and identify growth opportunities. Measure and iterate:

Set KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine messaging and campaigns based on data. Shape the marketing foundation:

Help build the early marketing playbook, processes, and culture as one of Poseidon’s first team members. What We're Looking For:

Experience:

5+ years in product marketing, ideally within B2B and AI industries or developer-driven communities. Storytelling:

You can translate complex, technical ideas into narratives that inspire action and understanding. Community mindset:

You know how to engage and grow passionate ecosystems across digital platforms. GTM execution:

You’ve led go-to-market campaigns that connect products to users through partnerships and collaborations. Startup readiness:
