As a member of our US Creative Services team, you’ll join a high‑performing in‑house creative agency with a digital‑first focus in an agile, collaborative environment. You’ll work across multiple industries to develop innovative solutions that elevate brand experiences and drive client success.

Your Opportunity

As an accomplished event art director, you are a creative champion who leads and influences strategic vision to deliver unique, memorable outcomes. You’ll advance work through experience, drawing on extensive knowledge and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative initiatives across a large portfolio of events and tradeshows, shaping innovative design solutions that elevate brand experiences and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence development of creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Lead ideation sessions, mentor teams, and actively develop award‑winning creative; articulate and present compelling concepts to gain stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, motion designers, videographers, and content strategists to create cohesive visual content across multi‑faceted event channels.
  • Manage multiple event deliverables simultaneously with a strong creative vision and deep experiential design expertise from strategy through execution.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline or equivalent work experience as an Art Director
  • Eight or more years of event‑related art direction and design experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of event and creative industry practices, digital trends, innovation and technology demonstrated in a portfolio
  • Advanced creative conceptual thinking and the ability to critique colleagues’ concepts constructively
  • Ability to drive development of creative briefs, storyboards and convince clients to follow design direction
  • Innovative mindset with current knowledge of design and creative technology trends related to events
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; proficient in prototyping, Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Experience leading creative project teams in implementing event vision and design across platforms; reviewing work and providing feedback
  • Experience mentoring creatives in developing conceptual skills, including critique in virtual environments
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, matrixed agency or in‑house team and in a hybrid/virtual environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Strong communication, active listening and diplomacy for collaboration with internal teams and partners
  • Advanced problem‑solving skills to identify and overcome challenges
