The Lash Lounge is the nation’s most luxurious salon for lash and brow treatments, offering a complete menu of services including eyelash extension full sets and refills, threading, lash lift perms and more. Our ideal Lash Artist has experience and:

• Enjoys working with people
• Can be trusted to work independently and potentially become a leader
• Understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions
• Is highly motivated, friendly and responsible

Required Skills of a Lash Technician:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Technician
• Customer service focused, loves on your clients
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Hired individuals are eligible for a $250 hiring bonus after successful completion of The Lash Lounge Stylist Certification program.

Responsibilities and expectations

The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of lash and brow treatments. As a Lash Stylist, you will provide eyelash extensions full sets and refills, threading, lash lift perms and related services, while delivering exceptional guest care and maintaining a safe, welcoming salon environment. The job includes using provided training to uphold service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Average Pay Range: $40k to $80k per year
