* 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or enrollment marketing.* Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing deadlines.* Experience managing budgets and media agencies.* Strong digital marketing skills, including familiarity with SEO, paid media, CRM, and analytics platforms.* Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and content management systems.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.* A strategic thinker and strong executor.* Able to manage high-level priorities with minimal oversight.* Experience in higher education or the creative industries preferred.* Strong command of both English and Spanish (spoken and written)We support an inclusive workplace where everyone excels based on personal merit, qualifications, experience, ability, and job performance.
