You work closely with Sales, Digital, Creative, Partnerships, and Revenue teams to support and execute the Rapids’ fan growth strategy across all channels.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Success Criteria:

You will help deliver targeted, data-informed campaigns that meet fans where they are and guide them through the Rapids fan journey by executing, analyzing, and refining key touchpoints from awareness to engagement to conversion by…

Maintain & Execute Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns : Assist the Sr. Manager in setting up and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns—helping to manage automations, audience segments, and channel coordination to support fan acquisition and retention.

Build Email & SMS Marketing Campaigns:

Build email and SMS campaigns with emphasis on segmentation, personalization, and testing to support fan engagement, retention, and conversion.

Audience Segmentation & List Management:

In collaboration with KSE BI team, maintain subscriber lists, update audience segments, ensure accurate targeting and suppression logic, and support ongoing data hygiene across CRM platforms.

Manage Paid Media Deliverables & Insertion:

Support day-to-day coordination with creative teams and external agencies by gathering assets, reviewing creative, and ensuring paid media campaigns align with audience segments and revenue goals.

Execute Data Collection Campaigns:

Create engaging data collection opportunities through events, enter-to-wins, and interactive fan experiences to grow our database and strengthen audience insights.

Analyzing Campaign Performance:

Help gather and analyze performance metrics across email, SMS, and paid channels. Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and timing, and provide insights that support real-time optimization. Partner with the Business Intelligence team to maintain and enhance lifecycle dashboards.

Support Influencer Marketing Efforts:

Support day-to-day maintenance for influencer marketing program through communications, scheduling, and reporting on campaign performance.

Manage Creative Development & Coordination:

Work closely with Creative team to support content development: gathering assets, drafting copy, submitting creative requests, tracking progress, and ensuring final deliverables meet campaign needs, timelines, and brand guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Gather campaign needs from internal partners (Ticketing, Events, Social, Partnerships) and translate them into email/SMS deliverables.

Research Emerging Consumer Technologies: Stay up-to-date on new marketing tools, AI capabilities, and consumer engagement trends, bringing forward ideas that support innovation across email, SMS, and marketing channels.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Typical office conditions

Ability to work nights, weekends, including standing at sporting or other events for extended periods of time

Occasional travel to other markets for league meetings, client entertainment, and other related business development activity

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in B2C marketing across digital and email channels

Strong short and long form writing skills; ideally has experience writing email and advertising copy in a sports environment.

Proactive and detail-oriented communicator who excels at managing multiple projects and driving results in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.

Professional, collegiate, and/or sports media related marketing experience

Knowledge of the sport of soccer and it’s fans

Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards
