About The Role:
As a Senior Graphic Designer for Property Marketing, you will play a key role in our property marketing team, helping commercial real estate owners showcase their properties and development projects to potential tenants and brokers. We're looking for a creative individual with a strong attention to detail who can manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality marketing materials. Your innovative ideas and design expertise will directly impact the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.
This position is part of a larger creative team, where you'll be the driving force behind your projects, collaborating with colleagues to produce exceptional designs across various marketing channels.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver outstanding creative work from initial concepts to final execution, showcasing a cutting-edge approach to graphic design.
- Generate original ideas that resonate with target audiences and meet client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies, offering fresh solutions to enhance our design capabilities.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create compelling creative assets and brand packages that align with project goals.
- Produce sophisticated artwork for print and web that supports marketing initiatives.
- Partner with marketing strategists to create comprehensive brand identities from inception to implementation.
- Adapt new brand identities across diverse marketing collateral, including websites, brochures, social media content, direct mail, proposals, presentations, and environmental graphics.
- Present your designs to stakeholders, articulating your design rationale and securing buy-in from clients and colleagues.
- Evaluate and recommend local marketing production service providers for materials like typography, paper, and printing.
- Provide design guidance to clients and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure design integrity when working with external vendors on production.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to team success.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor of Fine Arts or Masters of Fine Arts degree is preferred, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent organizational abilities.
- Capability to deliver prompt and courteous support to internal clients.
- Experience in presenting information effectively.
- Competence in managing project budgets and cost estimates.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex documents and address multifaceted problems.
- A solid foundation in graphic design, including print and web publishing principles. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential. Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with basic knowledge of MS Excel. Project management and editing skills are also valuable.
- Sound decision-making abilities regarding procedures and business practices to meet project deadlines.
