We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to become brand ambassadors, showcasing Champion Window and Home Exterior products at events, home shows, festivals, and other community locations.
Responsibilities
Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
Set up door‑to‑door residential appointments
Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
Exhibit a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
Stay current with product knowledge and promotions
Demonstrate Champion Window products to prospects at events
Assist with booth setup and breakdown
Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
Utilize data entry on mobile technology
Schedule in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team
Represent the brand with professional time management and a consistent, engaging approach
Maintain a reliable and available schedule, including weekends and independent work
Stand for up to 8‑10 hours and walk 4‑8 hours per shift
Travel up to 10% of the time if required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Comfortable dealing directly with clients and engaging prospects
Consistent reliability and availability
Willingness to work weekends and 10% travel
Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
Professional time management
Basic knowledge of data entry across multiple mobile platforms
Compensation Hourly base pay of $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission. High performers may earn between $15–$19 per hour and a weekly commission ranging from $750 to $1,500, depending on experience, market location, education, and certifications.
