Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with clients and our team to understand their branding and marketing goals and develop creative design solutions that align with their objectives
Create visual concepts and designs for various projects including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website designs
Utilize industry-standard design software to create high-quality and professional designs
Collaborate with our copywriters and marketing team to ensure that designs effectively communicate the desired message
Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into final designs
Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve and evolve our design capabilities
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
