Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in instructional design or training roles
Expertise with tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bonus
Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field
E-Learning Instructional Design Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
