Job Description The Supervisor, Creative & Creator leads influencer and creator marketing projects and deliverables.
This role reports to the Director, Creative & Creator and manages all social media and influencer/creator programs, working closely with the team to develop proposals, execute campaigns, analyze results, and support team administration.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Thought Leadership (30%)
Translate client goals into strategic, innovative creative and media solutions.
Provide strategic counsel to clients and prospects.
Develop and deliver effective points of view.
Generate new ideas and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure best practices across disciplines.
Oversee project timelines, deadlines, and processes for all digital projects.
Lead teams to produce all campaign components seamlessly.
Manage client and internal team expectations.
Monitor client business health via analysis of relevant metrics.
Provide thought leadership on complex issues and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with partner agencies to offer clients holistic business solutions.
Campaign Management (30%)
Lead development, execution, and production of influencer campaigns.
Identify and outreach to influencers.
Develop campaign briefs and present influencer lists for client approval.
Analyze and report campaign results.
Manage senior strategists and oversee daily campaign activities.
Coordinate communication with clients and team about campaign progress.
Prepare influencer agreements and manage contract administration.
Collaborate on post-campaign reporting.
Apply industry knowledge to inform strategy and execution.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize social media presence.
Creative Strategy & New Business (15%)
Research insights on platforms, influencers, competitors, and trends.
Develop new business proposals and PowerPoint materials.
Create influencer strategies and tactical plans.
Vet influencers, vendors, and technologies for efficiency.
Communicate with teams and clients on new business initiatives.
Assist with agency pitch materials.
Maintain team leads and forecasting trackers.
Champion digital/social influencer programs within the agency.
Participate in internal client and brand meetings.
Team Supervision (15%)
Mentor and manage senior strategists, strategists, and assistant strategists.
Guide development of junior team members and educate them on industry trends.
Delegate daily tasks and review finalized work.
Contribute to performance reviews and identify growth areas.
Insights & Marketing (10%)
Lead thought leadership on influencer platforms, partners, and technologies.
Seek operational and cost efficiencies.
Assess competitive landscape and innovate to differentiate offerings.
Lead marketing projects for the influencer/creator practice.
Attend industry events to share insights.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of influencer marketing experience.
Established strategic relationships with digital influencers, talent management, and stakeholders.
Proven track record of managing successful social/digital campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
Experience with digital reporting, data, and analytics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools such as Google Slides.
BA/BS in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00.
Actual base salary may vary based on skill set, experience, and qualifications.
