Youll plan campaigns, create content, optimize the website (Wix), and enable our sales team with materials that move deals forward.What Youll DoPlan and execute quarterly marketing campaigns (ABM + awareness + demand gen).Own the content calendar: case studies, one-pagers, blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, and event promos.Manage website updates in Wix; drive on-page SEO, site UX, and conversion paths.Run email and LinkedIn campaigns; manage basic paid pilots (Google/LinkedIn) as needed.Build sales enablement: decks, ROI sheets, vertical one-pagers, proposal templates.Track performance with GA4, HubSpot (or equivalent): MQLs, SQLs, CPL, and pipeline influenced.Coordinate local events, webinars, and community partnerships; capture content (photos/short clips) for socials.Maintain brand voice and compliance-aware messaging (SOC 2, HIPAA contexts).What You Bring35 years in B2B marketing (tech, SaaS, or services), with hands-on content + website + email experience.Proof you can turn complex tech into clear value (portfolio or samples required).Comfortable with Wix, GA4, basic SEO, and a CRM/marketing tool (HubSpot).Strong writing, light design chops (Figma/Canva), and project management rigor.Bonus: ABM experience, LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads, video editing basics, construction/public sector familiarity.Success in 90 DaysShip an updated site with clear offers and CTAs; launch a 3-part nurture sequence.Publish 2 case-style stories and a vertical one-pager set (construction/public sector).Deliver a monthly dashboard (traffic MQL SQL pipeline influenced).Work EnvironmentOn-site at our Carmel, IN office; occasional local events/meetups.BenefitsHealth/Dental/Vision, (Customize to your package.) recblid 54ss35s3nfxgvhdex9ktzxfd42quvf
