DHA Senior Graphics Designer
Job Locations: US-WA-Tacoma | US-CO-Aurora | US-TX-San Antonio | US-VA-Falls Church
Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Graphics Designer to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for websites and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Produce wireframes for websites and mobile apps to be consistent with current Apple, Google, and other appropriate standard design requirements and recommendations for digital products.
Design menus, navigation, icons, logos, and accompanying fonts and colors to be consistent with the DHA style guide and be compliant with Section 508 for digital accessibility.
Visual Design: Create original graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand and style guidelines.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets functional, aesthetic, and business goals.
Iteration and Testing: Refine designs based on user feedback, testing results, and evolving project requirements.
Documentation: Maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design assets for the team's reference.
Qualifications
2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with HS diploma
Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Must be a US Citizen
Primary work locations in Tacoma, WA, Aurora, CO, San Antonio, TX, and Falls Church, VA. Remote work may be considered in special cases when approved by the customer.
Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of graphic design methods
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
Excellent visual and non-visual communication skills
Ability to collaborate and receive feedback effectively
Desired Skills:
BA/BS (4 Year) degree with 6+ years progressive experience in graphics design or related experience preferred.
Experience working within Military Health environments is a plus

Target Salary Range $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
