We are seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with the Senior Communications & Marketing Manager and leadership to develop and deliver comprehensive, successful marketing and communications campaigns.

How You Will Create An Impact

Work with leaders to manage marketing initiatives and communications to optimize campaign performance.

Execute strategic digital marketing and communications campaigns delivered through a robust mix of channels.

Collaborate across all marketing and communications functions, including global campaign teams, regional and local marketing teams, and priority industry groups.

Measure and track KPIs; analyze and evaluate campaign performance to maximize ROI and impact.

Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and ongoing marketing activities in assigned sectors, working independently against an agreed campaign plan across multiple channels.

Facilitate internal activation of campaigns to support business development efforts, ensuring alignment between marketing activities and client‑facing teams.

Participate in regular discussions with internal stakeholders to develop marketing plans, establish priorities, and report progress against KPIs and targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional marketing partners (digital, social, corporate design, content writing) to create relevant, engaging content.

Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of events and webinars in partnership with the events team.

Implement a coordinated approach to engage and nurture sector contacts in collaboration with the CRM team and business stakeholders.

Ability to write, ghost‑write, and edit content, including marketing materials.

Ability to interpret marketing plans and execute strategically.

Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Experience executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns—preferably in a professional services firm or matrixed environment—is a plus.

About You

Bachelor’s degree required; a background in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields; B2B marketing experience is desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage, influence, and advise stakeholders at all levels across the business, building trust and long‑term relationships.

Strong project management capabilities, with experience executing multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing effectively against agreed timelines.

A pragmatic self‑starter with an open mindset, excited to learn and to trial new ideas or approaches to improve our marketing outcomes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM platforms is a plus.

This may include press releases, media pitches, ghost‑written articles or op‑eds, executive messaging, or other content that showcases your ability to craft compelling, brand‑aligned narratives for external audiences.
