The ideal candidate shouldbeenthusiastic, resourceful,creative,and detail-oriented and will work closely under the Senior Graphic Designer to support a widerange of design needs across digital, print,andsocialmediaprojectsin a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Provide production and administrative support to the Marketing Team Assistin the design and production ofSales & Marketing collateral, including print and digital Responsible for reproduction of creative content Helpmaintainand evolve brand consistency across all designs Perform regular audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across all collateral and website Assist with Marketing projects as needed Strongdesign, layout,typography, and production skillsfor online/print/social media ~ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop ~ Proficiencywith Adobe Acrobat PRO and Microsoft Office programs ~ Proficiencyin web-based content-management tools ~ Basic HTML/CSS skills ~ Versatility in both Mac and PC platforms ~ A portfolioshowcasingclean, modern, creative work ~ Strongtime-management skills andability to manage multiple projects andcompetingdeadlinesin afast-paced, high-volume environment ~ Strong proofreading skills ~ College degree in a design program (Graphic Design, Computer Arts or similar) ~Knowledge of and/or experience within the travel industry and/or in the LGBTQ+community is a plus Olivia provides a generous benefits package including health, dental andlong-termdisability insurance, matching 401(k), paid vacation days,holidaysand sick days.Olivia has a hybrid in-office schedule of 1 day per weekto our San Francisco officeand 4 days remote from home.
