About the Role: The Sales Communication & Content Strategy Manager will own the customer segment specific narratives and customer facing assets that help sellers create, accelerate, and close pipeline. This role requires experience selling and building content with a track record of building highly effective sales assets. Responsibilities

- Partnering with sales and business leadership to identify content needs and best practice sales messaging
- Preparing comprehensive sales content material including both customer facing assets and sales rep training materials
- Evaluating sales programs and content based on their ability to change sales behaviors and improvement in business results
- Utilizing a range of tools including Microsoft Office suite, Camtasia, and other relevant software to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Building and maintaining deep sales and product expertise across the legal product portfolio
- Providing coaching and mentorship to sales professionals at all levels to reinforce sales excellence concepts
- Conducting needs analysis, content mapping, design, writing, development, testing of content
- Exercising sound judgement when determining appropriate content based on desired business and sales objectives
- Staying up to date and on top of modern content development best practices
- Reporting results and develops executive summaries at key intervals
- Have a Bachelor's degree and JD degree
- Have impressive years of demonstrated successful sales and content development experience
- Have a strong understanding of the sales process
- Have strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Have experience in B2B SaaS or content/platform companies with complex product portfolios.
- Have the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and across the organization to achieve team and organizational goals
- Be able to think strategically, tactically, and analytically
- Have experience with core Office 365 applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Have a results-oriented attitude with bias toward action and continuous improvement
- Have proven project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Have great oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills both in-person and virtual
