Social Media Content Creator Job at Lee Tilford Agency, Inc. in Austin

We’re expanding our Social Media Team! LTA is looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is local to or near Austin, TX. This position will concept & coordinate ideas, plus create original content that will include photos and videos for all current and emerging social media channels. Creative content with an edge that pushes the boundaries, while maintaining broad appeal across multiple demographics is the goal.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Long-Term & Short-Term Content Planning, Concepting & Presentation
• Present and discuss emerging trends to leadership for various social channels
• • Visual Trends
  • Trending Sounds
  • Content Trends
  • Brand Trends
• On-site Content Creation, including photography and videography at our studio
• • Applicants must be located in/near Austin, Texas
• Basic video editing that includes stitching, graphical overlays, voiceovers, music inclusion, etc.
• Create consistent engagement with various brands and popular social media channels
• • Comments
  • Shares
  • Retweets
  • etc.

Qualifications required for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Holistic understanding of Social Media channels, trending content, emerging trends and platforms, trending sounds and music, tagging, etc.
• Photography and videography skills (specifically for social media channels)
• Strong and confident verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize and help establish a “brand voice” for social media
• 2-5 years of experience successfully producing content for Brand Social Media Channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Instagram Reels, etc.

This position is fully remote, and all necessary computer and production equipment will be provided. While our team collaborates regularly via video chat, we also meet in person frequently. This role requires being on-site at our studio, client offices, stores, and other locations in Austin several times per week for content creation. Additionally, travel within various Texas cities will be needed several times per year, along with occasional out-of-state shoots.

Our standard work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday. During this time, employees are expected to be available, responsive, and focused solely on LTA work, except during regular breaks.
