A client of Insight Global is looking for a full-time Brand & Marketing Digital Designer to join their in-office team. This role blends graphic design, marketing creative, and cross-functional collaboration, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, growth, and brand storytelling. Youll create high-performing visuals for paid campaigns, social media, packaging, and more, ensuring their brand remains cohesive, modern, and impactful across every touchpoint.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering competitive salary and benefits. This role is onsite in downtown Los Angeles 5x/week.
Core Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Wireframes using Figma for website landing pages
- Create & render brand assets across digital and print: social media posts, website banners, packaging, and marketing materials
- Produce ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and affiliate campaigns
- Design visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and customer flows
- Edit and lightly retouch product photography
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all platforms
Marketing & Content Collaboration
- Contribute to creative strategy by developing and reviewing creative briefs
- Use AI tools and personal interest in health and wellness to brainstorm hooks, visuals, and layouts for campaigns
- Collaborate with the social media team on organic and paid post design
- Design and support influencer and affiliate materials (mockups, one-sheets, banners)
- Create influencer- or partner-specific landing pages and promotional assets
- Produce short-form content graphics and assist with basic video editing for Reels and TikToks
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library and brand style guide
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- QA live pages to ensure all visuals are properly formatted and responsive
- Support presentations, investor decks, and partnership materials
- Contribute to packaging, unboxing, and print collateral design
- Help coordinate and assist with photoshoots and content capture sessions
Required skills and experience:
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design
- Previous work experience in the direct-to-consumer health and wellness industry
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Familiarity with social media creative formats and performance marketing principles
- Basic understanding of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Excellent organization skills and attention to visual detail
- Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles for in-office work
