Job Description

(Please note this a Construction job not a photographer or video editing.. Lots of walking construction sites all day and taking standardized photos). Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and have a clean driving record

Documentation Specialists roles and responsibilities:

Photography, Video, Webcam Installation, UAV (Drone) and Laser-Scan to document active construction projects

Must have UAS 107 Drone pilots license

• Assignments are issued by calendar

• Must have reliable transportation, drivers license

• Walking throughout the work day on construction job sites

• Be able to carry 35 lbs.

• Able to work at heights and on lifts occasionally.

• Computer proficiency required and essential to daily tasks.

• Produce daily reports and relay information to the Operations Manager

• Interact with Construction Management and job trailer point of contact onsite as a respectable representative of Multivista

Proficiently use, and be willing to be trained on, various reality capture technologies (including digital photography, webcam, video cameras, 3D camera, and unmanned aerial vehicles/UAVs) to visually capture construction progress throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County markets.
- Consistently adhere to standard operating policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance on site at all times as a representative of Multivista
-- Confidently use various computer formats to set up projects, manage projects, and enter data (e.g., tablets, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc.)
