Job Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary liaison between customers and our service department. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences, overseeing service orders, and coordinating repairs and maintenance for heavy duty trucks.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and promptly, either in person or over the phone, while assessing their service needs.
- Communicate to customers service recommendations, estimated costs, and any changes to repair orders while ensuring clear understanding and obtaining proper authorization.
- Coordinate service appointments and create comprehensive repair orders.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of service history, vehicle information, and customer interactions, including customer comments and concerns, to assist technicians in diagnostics.
- Establish customer method of payment and obtain credit approval if necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns during or after service completion.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication by various methods such as in-person discussions, phone calls, and emails with customers and all company team members.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor and appearance.
- Uphold company standards in all customer interactions and service processes.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and procedures throughout all aspects of the role.
- Keep work area clean.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Organized and friendly personality
- Time management skills

- Valid driver's license and can meet insurability requirements
