Job Description
Are you a high-energy storyteller with a passion for the automotive world and a knack for creating scroll-stopping content? Claremont Mazda is looking for a Social Media In-Store Creator & Customer Service Rep to help bring our brand to life across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
This role blends content creation, customer engagement, and brand representation — both online and in-store. We want someone who isn’t afraid to be on camera, think creatively, and turn everyday dealership moments into exciting posts our customers love.
What You’ll Do
Film, edit & publish engaging social media content featuring vehicles, promotions, customer deliveries, and dealership culture.
Interact with customers online and in person to create a premium brand experience.
Stay ahead of trends — ensuring our content is fresh, relevant, and results-driven.
Monitor social channels, respond to messages, and provide customer support.
Track performance analytics and recommend strategies for higher reach and engagement.
Collaborate with Sales & Service teams to generate content opportunities daily.
What You Bring
Proven portfolio — creative examples required with application.
Experience producing content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, engagement growth, and brand voice.
Ability to create quality video/photos with your own equipment.
Confident on camera with excellent communication & customer service skills.
Self-motivated with consistent energy and a drive to innovate.
Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
