Trademark/Copyright Associate Seattle

Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a junior associate to a nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising team in Seattle. The group handles full-spectrum brand work for startups through Fortune 500 companies and is known for cross-border matters, online enforcement, and TTAB/UDRP proceedings.

Role Summary

  • Trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement, including cease-and-desist strategy and portfolio management.
  • TTAB proceedings and UDRP complaints; copyright counseling, filing, and prosecution.
  • Work with high-growth and Fortune 500 clients across sectors, including online and advertising issues.
Candidate Profile
  • 2-4 years of experience focused on trademarks and copyright; large-firm training preferred.
  • Strong writing, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and run pieces of matters independently.
