The Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered SC Landscape Architect ready to take the reins of a thriving design division. This role blends creativity, leadership, and collaboration - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design vision and real-world execution. As the Landscape Architect, you will shape the direction of our design studio, uphold production standards, and serve as the creative bridge between design, installation, and nursery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a small but talented design team. Selling the vision to clients with integrity & passion. Manage the entire design workflow from concept to completion. Create and review 2D plans and 3D photorealistic renderings. Stamp plans for permitting and HOA submittals. Ensure design intent translates seamlessly to installation. Collaborate across divisions - Design, Install and Nursery. Represent Brownswood with professionalism and creativity. Qualifications

Active South Carolina Landscape Architect License (or reciprocity eligible). Minimum 5 years' experience in residential or design-build landscape architecture. Mastery of AutoCAD, Adobe, VizTerra, or equivalent design software. Proven leadership and mentoring ability. Strong horticultural knowledge and familiarity with Lowcountry conditions. Excellent communication and client presentation skills. Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $70,000 - $85,000, based on experience. Annual performance bonus potential. Relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
