Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- 8-12 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a product-based or SaaS company.
- Proven experience creating onboarding documentation and user guides for cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Documentation Development and Documentation Review & Editing
- Strong ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation platforms.
- Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Exposure to API documentation, system diagrams, or development environments.
