Rewards Salary range: $100,000–$114,000 Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with HSA options 401(k) with employer matching Wellness studio and onsite gym Supplemental voluntary benefits Opportunities for community involvement and professional development Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5–8 years of marketing or related experience Experience managing marketing and/or creative staff Ability to oversee multiple marketing projects and vendor relationships Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation Responsibilities Lead and manage the creative marketing team, including designers and content contributors Develop and coordinate print and digital marketing materials, including collateral, social media, email campaigns, and website content Oversee execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities Partner with internal departments and external vendors to deliver timely and cost-effective marketing initiatives Proof, edit, and approve marketing content to ensure accuracy and compliance Represent the credit union at community events and business development activities Conduct marketing research and support database-driven campaigns Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing Industries Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
