Your role as a Coordinator, Affiliate Video: You will be collecting and distributing video and data for Player Development Coaching Staff and players. All the responsibilities we will trust you with: * In collecting and distributing video and data, you will capture and upload video for assigned Minor League Affiliate using BATS software for all games during regular season/post season * Collect video and data from bullpens, batting practice and defensive work * Assist coaching staff with miscellaneous video and related projects * Represents the Club in a positive and professional manner at all times * Other duties as assigned Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most: * Previous experience working with BATS, Trackman Portable, Edgertronic cameras, etc. is a plus, but not necessary * Previous experience with an MLB or NCAA Baseball organization is a plus, but not necessary * Must be able to correctly identify pitch types * Must provide outstanding attention to detail during data and video collection * Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish a plus * Proficient computer skills including moderate experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook, and general knowledge of basic office equipment use including copier, fax, and printer * Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and effectively work well with all employees and outside vendors in a collaborative, respectful manner * Exceptional time management and organizational skills with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multi-task and manage projects on a strict deadline * Maintain consistent, punctual, and regular attendance * Maintain professional demeanor with a high degree of discretion, integrity, and accountability You will be required to meet the following: * Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment * Graduating Senior or 4-year Bachelor’s degree * Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed * Minimum physical requirements: able to travel to and gain access to various areas of the ballpark for prolonged periods of time during games and events; able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds * As a condition of employment, you must successfully complete all post-offer, pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check Pay and additional compensation: Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this seasonal position is $15.15 to $16.90.Seasonal, non-union employees are subject to the Living Wage Ordinance and rates will increase accordingly.
