Overtime is hiring a full‑time Social Content Creator in NYC to drive social media growth and revenue for our apparel business.

Overview

Overtime builds disruptive new sports leagues and IP aimed globally at the next generation of sports fans and athletes. We own and operate OTE, OT Select, OT7, and OTX, leveraging digital‑first content across our network of accounts that engage nearly 100 million fans and followers. Our business model is driven by sponsorships, brand relationships, e‑commerce, licensing, and media rights.

What You’ll Do

• Create high‑volume short‑form original content for the Overtime Fits channel to market new drops and acquire new customers.
• Work closely with NIL athletes and Overtime talent to star in apparel/lifestyle content.
• Travel for shoots, managing talent, directing content, and leading creative on‑site.
• Organize publishing, editing, and talent schedules to align with deliverable goals.
• Generate reports outlining channel performance; social analytics will be your guide.
• Stay current on sports, pop culture, and other content‑relevant topics.
• Publish content to Overtime Fits channels (Instagram & TikTok).
• Proofread, spell‑check, and QC videos before posting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across OT to align content with strategy.
• Strategize with apparel, marketing, and social leaders.

Who You Are

• You understand and can communicate in Overtime’s voice.
• You live, breathe, and eat social media.
• You’re a super‑fast video editor and proficient in Adobe Suite.
• Have at least 2 + years of professional experience managing and posting on multiple social media accounts.
• You’re creative with original ideas that build brand awareness and convert viewers into buyers.
• You’re detail‑oriented and an excellent proofreader.
• You can hustle—this role requires regular nights and weekends.
• Quicker than the competition; you always want to be first.
• You love sports and streetwear brands and stay knowledgeable about athletes and streetwear fashion.
• You’re a problem‑solver and self‑starter, taking initiative without instruction.
• You adapt flexibly to changing timelines and deliverables.
• You’re a proactive, positive team player who guides projects from ingest to delivery.
• You’re comfortable with Premiere; experience with Photoshop and After Effects is a bonus.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $70k‑$80k (dependent on experience). Overtime also offers health benefits and equity in the company.
